About Whimsical Woods by Linda
My Story
For much of my life, I've been interested in wood but family life and work put that on the back burner for many years. In December 2019, I bought a cheap scroll saw and instantly fell in love with scroll sawing. Over the last 4+ years, and with an upgrade to the saw, I've explored many facets of scrolling including fretwork, bowl making, toy making, and intarsia. Here you'll see some of the work I do.
